August 2011 - We're pregnant! So excited! May 2011 - Had gallbladder surgery with hopes of getting rid of stomach problems. My parents came to help out during recovery and were such a blessing! July 2010 - Moved again, this time to a place where the A/C actually works, yay! Tuning to more spiritual matters lately; something is brewing in the spiritual realm. Making new friends too. Byron's birthday is this weekend, with a few gatherings coming up with family and friends. April 2010 - Last 9 months flew away like sand on the beach! We've been mellow, contemplating a few business plans and going back to crafting and simply enjoying the little moments in life. July 2009 - What an eventful month! We celebrated Byron's birthday in nothing other than our new apartment. His mom, Bonnie and Grandma came down to surprise him from New Smyrna Beach and we also had a good time with friends in the evening playing games, of course. We were blessed that were able to sell the condo and move to a more affordable place, with more space and next to a river. No brainer there! Like they say, live and learn. Next time, I'll do my homework when it comes to buying property. Byron's happy because he's only 10 minutes away from work now, not 45 minutes away like it was before. I'm further away from my Tampa friends, but we're still in town, right? April 2009 - Getting ready to go to Puerto Rico and celebrate with the family who couldn't make it to the wedding! Byron's SAAB finally died on us. Repairs are not worth the investment, we'll need to find a car for him now. Byron applied for tuition to start Web Design studies and was approved! January 2009 - New year, new life! After the honeymoon, things are moving very slowly back to the routine. So many good changes! And so many things to do! December 2008 - This last half of the year has been busy but also exciting! Byron proposed and we planned a wedding 6 months later. We were blessed with family and friends who helped us plan and organize the event! Some of Byron's friends came all the way from England for the wedding. I made a website where I uploaded some pictures for the family in Puerto Rico who couldn't make it over here to Florida. It's http://noeliadelgado.com/NoeliaAndByron/Our_Wedding/index1.html. Our friend Emily blessed us with a beautiful video of the wedding, which we'll share with the family in the island. Byron's cancer reports keep coming clear, so we thank God for his recovery. April 2008 - Recovering well from surgery. Waiting a few months to see if it's a complete success. Celebrated mom's bd in bed but with all the family. Great times. Website is up and running after so long! Perhaps I should polish my web design skills. March 2008 - We have a new addition to our kayaking hobby... a two-person canoe! Whoo-hoo! February, 2008 - Going fishing for the first time and loved it! Deep sea fishing rocks! November 2007 - First time in San Francisco. So beautiful! July 2007 - Byron beats colon cancer. Thank God for his mercy! I hiked to the bottom of the Grand Canyon and survived. Quite a life-changing experience, just awesome! Kayaking a lot and loving it. January 2007 - Learning some interesting Second Life modeling and texturing. Cool stuff. July, 2006 - I joined The Art Institute of Pittsburgh Online Division as a Full-time Faculty. Staying in the Tampa branch as an adjunct to continue teach on ground. Besides, I love sculpting and maquette construction classes. March 2005 - My friend Tamara moves to Tampa, finally! January 2006 - That's it! Hopefully I don't move again in several years! Moved in to my new condo by the lake and loving it. October, 2005 - I decided to go for it! I accepted the Academic Director position at the Art Institute of Tampa. July 2005 - My very first niece is born in Tampa! What a beautiful miracle! July 2004 - Moving to Tampa! Closer to family and old friends. Yay! Working part-time at 3 different schools. My younger brother gets married, aww.... July 2003 - Moving to Boca Raton! Great times in Miami by the beach. August 2002 - Hiking a lot and loving it! So much natural beauty on the Mojavie Desert canyons. July 2002 - Graduated and starting my career as a teacher in the industry. Going to Viva las Vegas!. Got my new yellow car! The president of my school said it's a yellow submarine, LOL! Met Paco and family. June 2000 - Leaving the island, going to a strange country to fulfill my dreams of being an educator after learning animation. Scary times, lots of awesome growth.
